About the Catch Ministry
About Team Grace
Team Grace is the volunteer outreach and service team of the Catch Ministry. It is built on a simple idea: ministry grows when ordinary people are willing to share their spiritual gifts, serve, encourage, create, and help others connect.
The name reflects our larger calling, grace turned outward. We have received the grace of God, and we want that grace to move beyond ourselves into the lives of others. Team Grace gives people a practical way to take part in that work.
In the early days of the Jesus Movement, much of the ministry happened through grassroots efforts. Volunteers promoted concerts, hosted Bible studies, served coffee, handed out flyers, invited friends, and did the practical work that helped people find their way to Christ-centered community. Team Grace carries that same spirit into the digital age.
Today, the tools are different. We may use social media instead of telephone poles, podcasts instead of printed announcements, online groups instead of storefront gathering places, and websites instead of bulletin boards. But the purpose remains the same. We want to help people discover meaningful Christian teaching, thoughtful conversation, spiritual encouragement, and a community centered in grace.
Team Grace includes people with many different gifts and levels of experience. Some help by sharing posts, forwarding emails, inviting friends to Bible studies, or helping others find courses and events. Some assist with the practical work of digital ministry, such as uploading content, organizing resources, moderating online discussions, welcoming new members, and helping keep our online spaces active and gracious.
Others may bring creative gifts. Writers, musicians, artists, poets, photographers, designers, videographers, audio editors, and other creative people can help us communicate the message of grace in fresh and meaningful ways. Some may even feel called to begin new ministries of their own, and Team Grace can provide encouragement, training, and oversight as those ministries develop.
As The Catch expands its online community, learning center, media resources, and social platforms, Team Grace will play an important role in helping those spaces become more than websites. We want them to become places of connection, learning, encouragement, and service.
Team Grace is not for people who want a title. It is for people who want to help. Some roles may be visible. Others may happen quietly behind the scenes. Both matter.
At its heart, Team Grace is about participation. It is an invitation to use what you have, your voice, your time, your skills, your relationships, your creativity, and your faith, to help extend grace to others.
That is what Team Grace is about.
